Shrimp ceviche

Here is a great yummy recipe for a yummy meal that is quick to make and healthy to eat enjoy!

  2. Cooking shrimp is easy. I usally by the pre cooked and pre shelled shrimp in the meat area or in the freezer area in a bag, if you get these you can just unthaw them and use them like that since they are already cooked, you can even get the already prepared shrimp cocktail and use that shrimp if you want. If you decide to cook raw shrimp you just boil the water add the shrimp and wait for them to turn pink and float to the top and they are done, it usually only takes a few minutes.
    As for the veggies I usually se veg-all which is mixed veggies and I get it in the canned veggies aisle.
