Have you fallen off the wagon AGAIN!

Well I did and I am here to tell you that it happens if not for one reason then it's for another! The important part is being able to jump back on and get things back in order, there is no reason to cry over spilled milk! You can't go back in time and do that missed workout and you can't go back in time and not eat those cookies, so look forward and keep your head held high and know this is not a sprint, but a marathon.

  1. I've just started my first round of p90x and I'm sad to say I completely screwed up my second week by missing workouts. I feel horrible about it and was wondering how do you get workouts in with a little one running around the house because I'm having a difficult time.
